At Ride On Timee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion picks. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are unworn and in original packaging.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the invoice is included inside.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
